The flow control upgrade kit from Bezzera will allow you to add flow control brewing to any E61 equipped Bezzera espresso machine. This official OEM kit from Bezzera comes with all the parts needed to upgrade you machine and features a custom branded Bezzera pressure gauge with Italian flag accent colors. 

About Flow Control

Flow control is a great and relatively cost effective way to enhance the brewing experience on your E61 group machine. Flow control give you the ability to restrict and reduce the water flow through your group head during the brewing process. As a result, you are able to perform a low flowrate pre-infusion to saturate the coffee and once saturated, you can switch to a higher flowrate to complete the extraction. This low flowrate pre-infusion enhances the flavor of the coffee and produces a thicker, richer shot, with more pronounced sweetness and aromatics.
