Slow roasted to perfection, Evaluna has a delicate and sweet flavor profile with notes of honey and caramel. As part of Carraro's "il caffe del villaggio" line of coffee, Evaluna is roasted using only coffee from farmers that meet the Rainforest Alliance guidelines for sustainable agriculture.
