The GB5 S provides the barista total control over boiler temperature, brewing volume, hot water tap dose, automatic cleaning cycles and more to keep high quality coffee flowing even during the busiest hours.

• NSF Certification

  The La Marzocco GB5 S is fully NSF, ETL, MET, and UL certified for use in commercial environments.

• GB5 S EE or GB5 S AV
  

  La Marzocco GB5 S EE keeps it simple with a single button for manual stop/start extraction. The GB5 S S AV adds commercial grade flowmeters to provides consistent shot volumes to ensure a steady and reliable workflow for even the busiest cafe.
  

• ABR (Scales)  
  

  La Marzocco's patented Auto Brew Ratio (ABR) allows scale equipped machine to have settable brew ratios. The barista enters the desired ratio, e.g. 1:2, and the machine will automatically detect and stop the shot once the desired ration is met. This system leads to improved accuracy and consistency compared to a standard volumetric (AV) setup.
  

• PID Controlled Dual Boiler
  

  La Marzocco's claim to fame! Every La Marzocco features fully independent, PID controlled steam and coffee boilers to ensure perfect temperatures without compromise.
  

• Performance Touch Steam Wands (optional)
  

  The performance touch steam wand is a true double wall insulated stainless steel steam wand that provides burn resistance while maintaining the steam performance of the non-insulated version.
  

• LED Display
  

  Equipped with a front mounted display, the GB5 S has an easy to navigate UI that allows for quick access to settings such as auto on/off timers, automatic backflushing, temp settings, and more. 
  

• Saturated Group Design 
  

  The GB5 S is equipped with La Marzocco's unique saturated group design. This design fully submerges the brew tube in the coffee boiler from start to finish to ensure there is no heat loss during the brew process and makes for an exceptionally stable extraction temperature. 

• Quick Turn Steam Valve
  

  The GB5 S features the quick turn steam valve which goes from fully closed to fully open in just half a turn. This means less hand movement/stress and faster productivity for your baristas.   
  

• LED Lighting

  The front mounted barista lights illuminate the brewing surface for use even in dimly lit bar or restaurant settings. 
  

• Wi-Fi Connectivity

  The La Marzocco GB5 S is Wi-Fi ready in order to connect to the La Marzocco Pro App.
