Overview

The Linea PB represents the first full update to the technical and stylistic workings of the Linea in the nearly 25 years it has been in production. The Linea PB features the iconic La Marzocco polished stainless steel body, updated with simplified lines and a lower profile.

• NSF Certification

  The La Marzocco Linea PB is fully NSF, ETL, MET, and UL certified for use in commercial environments.

• Volumetric Programming
  

  Using commercial grade flowmeters, the La Marzocco Linea PB AV provides consistent shot volumes to ensure a steady and reliable workflow for even the busiest cafe.

• ABR (Scales)  
  

  La Marzocco's patented Auto Brew Ratio (ABR) allows scale equipped machine to have settable brew ratios. The barista enters the desired ratio, e.g. 1:2, and the machine will automatically detect and stop the shot once the desired ration is met. This system leads to improved accuracy and consistency compared to a standard volumetric (AV) setup.
  

• PID Controlled Dual Boiler
  

  La Marzocco's claim to fame! Every La Marzocco features fully independent, PID controlled steam and coffee boilers to ensure perfect temperatures without compromise.
  

• Performance Touch Steam Wands (optional)
  

  The performance touch steam wand is a true double wall insulated stainless steel steam wand that provides burn resistance while maintaining the steam performance of the non-insulated version.
  

• LED Display
  

  Equipped with a front mounted display, the Linea PB  has an easy to navigate UI that allows for quick access to settings such as auto on/off timers, automatic backflushing, temp settings, and more. 
  

• Saturated Group Design 
  

  The Linea PB is equipped with La Marzocco's unique saturated group design. This design fully submerges the brew tube in the coffee boiler from start to finish to ensure there is no heat loss during the brew process and makes for an exceptionally stable extraction temperature.   

• LED Lighting

  The front mounted barista lights illuminate the brewing surface for use even in dimly lit bar or restaurant settings.
