• NSF Certification

  The Faema E71E is fully NSF, ETL, MET, and UL certified for use in commercial environments.

• Pre-Infusion
  

  Equipped with an adjustable valve, the Faema E71E  has true low pressure pre-infusion. When used correctly, pre-infusion enhances the flavor of coffee and yields a better and more consistent extraction.
  

• Touch Screen UI
  

  With a slick touchscreen interface, the Faema E71E allows for quick and easy access to all machine settings such as automatic backflushing, auto on/off, temp controls and much more.
  

• PGS (Perfect Grind System)
  

  Using Bluetooth connectivity, the Faema E71E can pair to any compatible PGS grinder. Once paired, you set the optimal flow rate of the espresso and the machine and grinder will automatically adjust themselves to maintain perfect consistency. 
  

• Multi-Boiler 
  

  The Faema E71E has a dedicated boiler for each grouphead. This allows each grouphead to have its over temperature setting that can be used to offer multiple coffees at once that require different ideal brewing temps. The steam boiler is separate as well and can be adjusted without affect coffee temp. 
  

• Volumetric Programming

  Using commercial grade flowmeters, the Faema E71E provides consistent shot volumes to ensure a steady and reliable workflow for even the busiest cafe.
  

• LED Lighting

  The front mounted barista lights illuminate the brewing surface for use even in dimly lit bars and the rear LEDs add beautiful accent lighting to any décor.
  

• Wi-Fi Connectivity

  The on board Wi-Fi allows Pasquini to register each machine to the cloud for off site monitoring and troubleshooting. Need a quick recipe adjustment, simple, give us a call and we can change it remotely, no need for a service visit!
  

• Eco Friendly

  Equipped with smart boiler technology and full boiler insulation, the Faema E71E sips power and consumes less energy than other multi or dual boiler machines in its class.
